摘要

The railroad engineering project management primary mission is in the resources condition limit by the best way arrangement resources assignment, completes by a higher efficiency the established objectives. But in a project, the main resources restriction is three aspects, the progress, the quality and the cost. These three aspects are connected mutually, and the very many project defeat lies in the question which in its progress, the cost and the quality appear. Makes the earned value analysis is carries on the progress, the cost management one very effective method in the project process. Through makes the earned value analysis, we may understand the project progress and the item cost condition as a whole, thus can the better control project cost and the progress. The article elaborated makes the earned value analysis method the principle, in view of the railroad engineering project characteristic, to made the earned value analysis to carry on the discussion in the railroad engineering project application, to directed our country the railroad engineering project management development direction, had the positive guiding sense.
