The Identification and Construction Methods of the Index System of the Core Competitive Characteristic Quantity of the Construction Enterprises

The characteristics of construction enterprises are value, uniqueness, ductility and path dependence. This article rests on these characteristics as the fundamental standard to identify the core competitiveness, and has constructed characteristic target system of core competitiveness identification. Has used the algorithm of artificial neural networks (BP), established neural network structure of construction enterprises' core competitiveness, and designed the accomplished step of core competitiveness' BP algorithm, in order to identify that whether construction enterprises have core competitiveness and the strong or weak of it. Finally it has comprehensively assessed the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.
