In view of the development and emergence of a global economy, the international construction enterprises are facing n more significant challenges and opportunities. Therefore, it is in a great need for cross-cultural negotiating strategies to reduce the risks or losses the enterprises may suffer. Without it, negotiation may not proceed smoothly to a satisfactory ending for both sides. To some degree, international construction negotiation can be considered as a fighting against negotiators. This paper, from the perspectives of culture, discusses the cross-culture strategy research on negotiation for international construction management, puts forward that cross-culture strategy is the key to negotiating in international enterprises and offers some specific strategies to carry out cross-culture negotiation in international construction.
