Study on Quality Risk Management of Construction Project Quality Control

摘要

The construction project quality is the concentrative representation of project's' using value and is one of the significant indexes measuring construction products for the requirement side.But there are so many problems of the quality risk during the construction project quality control.This thesis is according to the above quality risks during the quality control processes,referring to the related domestic and foreign researching literatures,points out there are four potential risk fountainheads during the present construction project quality control,and enumerates the contents of the quality risk management during the construction project quality control.It gives the replying countermeasure form establishing the relevant rule of law system of the construction project quality insurance,building the qualified certification and supervision mechanism of the quality risk management units,Conforming resources and building risk management units with abundant quality risk management human resources,Strengthening the work power of the quality risk management and cover the shortage of actual work continually,the implementary occasion for correcting measure of construction project quality and etc.Finally,it would bring stimulative effect on guaranteeing and raising the construction project quality control level.
