摘要

At present,China's real estate financial system is not perfect and financing channels are also relatively narrow,which to a certain extent constrain the further development of China's real estate industry.By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of our national real estate securitization financing,according to the characteristics of real estate financing and combining with the real estate fmancing status and problems,this paper proposes the real estate securitization financing model which suits for our national development making housing mortgage securitization as an example and the measures that should be taken.This paper opens up a new path for the development of China's real estate secufitization.
机译:当前,我国房地产金融体系还不健全,融资渠道也比较狭窄,在一定程度上制约了中国房地产业的进一步发展。通过对我国房地产证券化融资的必要性和可行性进行分析,结合房地产融资的特点,结合房地产融资的现状和存在的问题,提出了适合我国国民发展的房地产证券化融资模型,以住房抵押贷款证券化为例,并提出了应采取的措施。为中国房地产服务业的发展开辟了一条新路。
