Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) financing pattern is one of popular financing patterns at home and abroad nowadays.The connotation,structure and advantages of PPP are summarized in the paper firstly.Then the existent problems in adopting PPP financing pattern in China are analyzed,such as the choice of private parmers,negotiation of concession agreement and related contracts,and financing barrier of projects.Some countermeasures of applying PPP financing pattern for Chinese infrastructure projects are put forward finally.

机译：公私伙伴关系（PPP）融资模式是当今国内外流行的融资模式之一。本文首先对PPP的内涵，结构和优势进行了概述，然后分析了我国采用PPP融资模式存在的问题，最后提出了在中国基础设施项目中采用PPP融资模式的一些对策。例如：私人参股公司的选择，特许协议和相关合同的谈判，项目的融资障碍等。
