Study on Effect of Variable Factors to Investment Profit in Investment in Real Estate

A large amount of investment,a long period of recovery of capital,high risks,good earnings and profits are main characteristics for investment in real estate,so what investors in real estate industry pay much attention to are their earnings and risks in their investment activity.There are close relations among prices for sale,characteristics of sale,cash flow,construction cost,and proportion of different type of buildings for a complex building,which play an important role in profits and in investment.This article analyzes these relations of those variable factors very carefully,and provides some useful reference for investors.
