Study on Risk Analysis Methods of International Project Based on Rough Neural Network

摘要

Aimed at the risk analysis of the whole life cycle procedure of international project,based on the rough set theory this article gives us the decision table of risk rating analysis that using the rough set to reduce the attribute and attribute valuable of the decision table,to fund the main characteristic attribute that initiates all rate risks; And then combining the model of neural network to analysis,avoiding the international contractor spending more time on risk analysis,according to these we can make the decision on whether to bid or not and also the biding cost.
