Making the Charging Standards of the Expressway by Using a Game Theoretic Analysis

In the expressway operation process,the charging standards height is direct or the indirect influence expressway operation.This article is emphatically discussing the government,the owners and the user's benefit orientation and their benefits conflicts in the charging process,and uses the unperfected dynamic game analysis model to analyze their strategy choices under the complete information condition.From that we can conclude that the charging standards have significant relations with government's goal and the government's peacemaker's role.
