Risk Management in Highway Construction under Agency System

摘要

This paper discusses the core issues of risk factors in highway construction management under the mode of agent system,which is advocated by the China Government in the recent years.Managing risks in projects especially large ones such as highway construction are challenging tasks.As a new mode of project management,agent system brings a new challenge to us.The aim of this paper is to identify these risks,to analyze them and to dissect them into several categories.A process to manage these varied risks is proposed.
