The Development of Safety Early-warning Information System for City Gas Pipeline Based on GIS

摘要

In this paper,the safety early-warning information system for city gas transmission and distribution network is developed preliminarily,which considers the characteristic of the risk of city gas pipeline network and combines the present situation of safety management in our country.And the system function,the structure,the data flow and maintenance management are elaborated in detail .The system ,which takes GIS[1] technology as a platform and utilizes the domestic and foreign advanced risk examination and assessment methods ,is a advanced tool that can be used for carrying on dynamic monitoring ,analysis ,appraisal and early-warning to the risk existing in the gas pipeline and offering feasible solution in order to reduce and prevent the accident from happening to the maximum extent and finally guarantee the public security of city.
