摘要

At present,there are many kinds of customer satisfaction test and assessment methods,but the problem is that the evaluation index is single and the course of assessment is unreasonable.To solve such a fact,we have proposed a kind of method of comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy mathematics.According to the theory of fuzzy subordinative degree,we turned quanlitative appraisal into quantitative appraisal,it has solved the problem that it is not very easy to combine qualitative appraisal with quantitative appraisal in the original methods and improved the method of appraisal in comprehensiveness,rationality and scientific nature.Finally,the article has demonstrated the application of this method by taking comprehensive evaluation of satisfaction degree of resident's consumption on housing of main districts in Xi'an in 2005 as an example.
