Analysis on Influence Factors on Housing Price by Principal Component Analysis and Grey Correlational Balance and Approach Analysis

At first the author divides many influence factors on housing price into 4 sorts,secondly synthetically evaluate 4 sorts of indexes by principal component analysis,then get a sequence of influence factors by grey correlational balance and approach analysis,at last find out the reason that really causes the high housing price of Shenzhen.
