Study on Enhancing Core Competence of the Construction Enterprise Based on SCM

摘要

Guided by the theories of Supply Chain Management (SCM),this paper analyses the present situation of Supply Chain Management in the construction enterprise,suggests applying and enhancing SCM to the construction enterprise to solve the problems of resource management lag behind,low-income,inefficiency and bad losing etc,then discusses mode and operational flows of Construction Supply Chain Management (CSCM),on the base of which the paper analyzes the core competence of construction enterprise.It is shown that putting in practice of CSCM is the key of enhancing core competition of construction enterprise,and it can enhance the competence of construction enterprise not only in domestic market but also in overseas market.
