The Improved SWOT Analytical Method and Application in Building Project Management

摘要

In this article,the SWOT technology to analyze the strengths,the weaknesses,the opportunity and the threat of projects' own is introduced,and the means which makes up the shortcomings in formidable discrimination hypothesis and static analysis hypothesis in SWOT analysis is proposed.This article is utilizing the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to make the important arrangernent to these factors of project such as National economic policy,Market mechanism,Financial resource,Cost control ability,Competitive power.Through the SWOT matrix aaalysis model involving the subjective weight data and the strategic that matches each other inside and outside we can make a more objective appraisal.
