This work focuses on the high performance computation utility and versatility of Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). Digital Logic Designs make available the foundation for multifarious electronic designs. These complex designs have electrical aspects as well as computational aspects like power, current, logical functions, protocols and inputs from user. In this paper, Spartan 3E FPGA is used to formulate an assortment of combinational circuits and sequential logic designs as well as pulse width modulation (PWM). This paper establishes that the same kit can be used by the end programmer to realize any digital circuit of choice or a high end control utility like PWM. Xilinx ISE Design Suite 12.4 has been used for implementation and simulation. Hardware description language used is Verilog.
