摘要

Objective: To provide references for mental health of IT workers, marriage, well-being and social support were analysed. Methods: 260 randomized married volunteers were sampled to finish marital quality questionnaire, memorial university of new found land scale of happiness and social support rating scale. SPSS 19.0 was applied to input and process experimental datas. Results: (1) IT workers felt unsatisfied with marital quality, satisfaction and subjective well-being, yet they had good social support systems. (2) The impact of work time on social support was significantly in objective support and support utilization, people working 20 years above had more higher social support, objective support and support utilization. (3) There existed correlations in marital quality, well-being and social support positivly. Conclusion: It's closely related among marital quality, well-being and social support, it can be concluded the better well-being, the more support, the happier their marriage.
