摘要

Along with the rapid development of high technology, military geography information system (MGIS) plays an important role in the support of military ocean environment and the tactical decision. The designing scheme of optimal submarine route programming system (QSRPS) based on the MGIS is researched and presented in this paper. An overall structure of the system is described and the main functions of the system are introduced. The OSRPS is established by the spatial models of MGIS and the synthesis of ocean environment, tactical actions, enemy situation, etc, which can provide optimal concealing routes for the submarine and achieve a valid tactical aid decision on the submarine warfare (SW).
