摘要

A novel hydraulic fine blanking press is proposed in this paper,which has some better mechanical properties than the conventional ones. The kinematics and statics problems are addressed firstly. In order to achieve the parameter design,some performance indices,such as working stroke,output force and kinematics accuracy,are defined and investigated.Also,the corresponding performance atlases are represented graphically in the established dimensionless design space.Based on these atlases,one can synthesize the structural parameters of the novel hydraulic fine blanking press with respect to specified criteria. The results given in this paper show that the structure of this press has some better performances that the conventional ones do not possess.
