摘要

For the purpose of control warp tension of rapier loom and prevent negative impacts on the quality of the fabric by reasons of the excessive fluctuation. This paper took let-off system of SAURER400 rapier loom as investigated subject and laid out the application of fuzzy-PID and multi-neuron adaptive PID control method. This paper gone through with a simulation by use of Simulink of the Matlab and took the simulation results compared with the simulation curve of multi-neuron adaptive PID and fuzzy-PID. The results show that the simulation curve of multi-neuron adaptive PID control algorithm was fast response and small overshoot.
机译:为了控制剑杆织机的经纱张力,并防止由于过度波动而对织物质量产生不利影响。本文以SAURER400剑杆织机的送经系统为研究对象,阐述了模糊PID和多神经元自适应PID控制方法的应用。本文利用Matlab的Simulink进行了仿真,并将仿真结果与多神经元自适应PID和Fuzzy-PID的仿真曲线进行了比较。结果表明,多神经元自适应PID控制算法的仿真曲线响应速度快,超调量小。
