Information technology for electrophysiological approach of recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) identification during surgery on neck organs is considered in the paper. This technology consists of 4 main steps: obtaining of information signal as result of stimulation of surgery wound tissues; segmentation of information signal; selecting of the main spectral component of segments of information signal; modeling of distribution of the main spectral component amplitudes for RLN identification. A mathematical model for RLN identification is considered as an interval discrete model that is, the difference scheme. Efficiency of proposed information technology is shown.
