Personality Self-regulation Management in Conflict Situations

摘要

The paper considers a new interpersonal conflicts paradigm and resolution. The focus is on presenting a conflict as a mathematical model and a person as a self-regulating system rather than considering psychological aspects of the conflict. This makes it possible to analyze the impact of a personality self-regulation process on the goal achievement under counteraction conditions. Conflicting personalities are considered as controlled dynamic systems with linear and nonlinear feedback. Several typical interpersonal conflict situations that arise within a team have been analyzed.
