Improved Algorithm for Butt-Spliced Audio Edit Detection

摘要

This paper tackles the detection of cut/copy/paste simple edits performed on audio recordings. Starting from a baseline implementation, we extract more meaningful parameters based on which we derive statistical indicators to evaluate the detection performance of the butt-spliced edit detection method. The experimental tests performed in different recording conditions revealed improved detection rates with false positive rates close to zero.
