Introduction of vaccines has been one of the most vital offering of immunology to public health till date. Present influenza vaccines basically induce antibody responses to the hemagglutinin protein of the viral strains selected for the vaccine. Peptide based vaccine are formulated by combining conserved B and T cell epitopes. Recent progress has been made in the discovery of vaccines based on use of peptides. This study evaluates the capacity of four epitopes to induce specific immune response and protect human against viral infection. Predicted YEELREQLSSVSS epitope could further be taken by scientist for development of vaccine against swine flu.
