摘要

Traditional high power thermal solutions used the dual fan design to provide for higher air-flow and air-pressure, but those applications with complicated motor design and layout, and cost more power consumption. This paper describes how to integrate the single external motor structure to trigger the dual impeller, which has the advantages of simple structure and assembly process, reducing the dimension of fan product, saving power, and improving the efficiency and performance to reduce fan speed and noise for the silent environment applications. Moreover, with the new design concept to demonstrate the new cooler design, and inspire further development of fan products to enhance the values of the traditional cooling fans, and diversified applications with creative design can be used as a reference for industries upgrading.
