摘要

This paper firstly introduce the electromagnetic design and the foundation of equivalent circuit of the second generation saturated iron core high-temperature super-conducting fault current limiter(HTSFCL). Electromagnetic designing calculation determines the structure of the current limiter of 400V/20A, which guide fault current limiter designing. Secondly, changing process and law of magnetic field in HTSFCL are analyzed by using software of finite element analysis. Rules of the main flux and the leakage flux under different states are analyzed. And then, equivalent parameters of HTSFCL is determined. Thirdly, using the equivalent parameters obtained from the finite element simulation software to establish the equivalent circuit model, compared the simulation results to verify the correct-ness of the equivalent circuit. According to the different conditions of the equivalent parameters in the power system, a single 110kV power system model was built and the influence of HTSFCL to the entire power system was obtained.
