摘要

To evaluate the effect of virtual power plant participating in power coordination and optimal dispatching, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index system including 9 indexes from reliability, economy and technology. It is based on general principals of constructing comprehensive evaluation index system with characteristics and functions of virtual power plant. To verify the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation system, a regional power grid in Henan province was taken as an example, reliability indexes were calculated through a Monte Carlo simulation. Then, economy and technology indexes were reckoned according to expressions of index definition. Finally, the results were ranked and evaluated by Composite Index method. This comprehensive evaluation index system differs from it of traditional power plant with characteristics and functions of virtual power plant. It provides a possibility to fill the gap in this field of research to some extent.
