DESIGN OF NEW STYLE FOOT-CUTTING MACHINEUSED IN PCB PRODUCT LINE

Now, foot-cutting machine of inserting PCB has manyrndisadvantages such as slow velocity, low efficiency and fissionrnconfiguration. It can't be used in incorporated product line ofrnPCB. Therefor, a new style automated foot-cutting machinernused in PCB product line is designed. The foot-cutting machinernhas two main advantages compared with old type foot-cuttingrnmachine. Firstly, transiting device used in continuouslyrntransiting PCB and connecting with product line is designed.rnDouble-faced conveyer belt is chosen to transit PCB because itrnhas many excellent characteristics such as high precision, goodrnstabilization, low noises and invariable rate of transmission.rnBecause producing rates are different from time to time,rnTransiting velocity of PCB needs to be adjusted real time inrnproducing period. There are many innovations in carrier ofrnPCB, installation and disengagement of carrier, transiting mode.rnSecondly, because cutter of foot-cutting machine is easilyrnabraded, it must be amended frequently. So the height of cutterrncan be adjusted. Cutter can be disassembled very easily andrnexpediently. Compared with old type foot-cutter machine, newrnfoot-cutter machine has many advantages of high producingrnspeed, precision and automation. It can be easily andrnexpediently combined with any automated product line ofrnPCB.
