The Research about Public Crisis Emergency Management Mechanism during the Process of China Building Eco-city

Eco-city is a sign of human civilization enlightened and is a way for the city development.Now a lot of cities are building eco-city.But all kinds of sudden natural disasters,accidents disasters,public health and other public events impede its pace of the eco-city.How to set up a sound emergency management mechanism dealing with a variety of public emergencies events,and improve the government's ability to deal with public crises,which become a major issue in building eco-city.Based on the distinction about public emergency crisis management mechanism requested by the eco-city with the traditional city,we Propose the key elements of emergency management about the eco-city public crisis and the emergency management should be proactive rather than reactive unprepared to deal with the perspective and we also put forward the measures that the eco-city requires public emergency crisis management mechanism.
