摘要

This paper elaborates on the manifestation of credit and credit crisis in B2C business mode under asymmetric information. It also dissects the relationship between information asymmetry and credit crisis and the influence on B2C e-commerce from credit crisis caused by information asymmetry. Then it offers feasible plans about credit crisis avoidance and information asymmetry improvement in terms of macro-and micro-View.
