Study on Computer Technology Teachers Training Based on Systematic Method

摘要

In this paper, we investigate the professional ability training and evaluation for computer technology teacher training. First, we propose the basic structure of a computer teacher's professional abilities. Then, based on that, we discuss the purpose and main contents of the professional ability training as well as the associated approaches. A suggested curriculum for teacher is presented after that. And at last, we propose a set of criteria for professional ability evaluation of the computer technology.
