In this article, a class of Lurie control systems with time-varying delays and time-varying coefficients have been discussed.Based on the Lyapunov functional approach and M-matrix techniques, a sufficient condition of judging the absolute stability of the Lurie control systems is obtained and the results of [7]and [13] are generalized.
