This work aims to systematically study the electric field modification of magnetization dynamics in two multiferroic heterostructures with different magnetoelectric coefficient by an electric field-dependent ferromagnetic resonance. Two ferromagnetic thin films (NiFe and FeGaB) grown by sputtering on PMN-PT single crystal substrate are considered. Electron spin resonance at X-band and vibrating sample magnetometry are employed for characterization. Results show that with the application of a positive electric field, the PMN-PT substrate undergoes rhombohedra to orthorhombic phase transition. This structural change in PMN-PT induces a change in the resonance field of the magnetic films.
