Three-Site Study of Variations Introduced by Standard Site Imperfections Using The ANSI 63.5-1988 Standard Site Method for Antenna Calibration

An antenna factor / site attenuation study was performed using seven broadband antennas at three EMC test sites to determine the overall deviations with respect to the current accepted error budget. Good agreement in the antenna factor and site attenuation data gives strong indication that the error budget is acceptable. Furthermore, excellent site to site agreement elevates the significance of errors in previously performed studies.
