On the Safety of Maintenance Personnel of Communication Lines

摘要

This paper gives the distribution laws of induced potential and induced current along the telecommunication line (TL) affected by power line as the length of TL is longer than the length of exposure. Here the terminal impedances at the both ends of TL are arbitrary. The precise formulae are given for calculating the current passing through the human body, being in contact with affected line.
