This paper presents a Ku -band wideband 3-D printed and connectorized eighth-order interdigital bandpass filter. The filter's cavity is prototyped with a ceramic-filled resin using stereolithography apparatus. The entire surface of the cavity is metallized with a conductive layer of electroless plated copper. Under circumstance of a high-quality surface metallization, the filter's RF performance can be well achieved without post fabrication tuning. The filter prototype demonstrates in the passband of 13.6-18 GHz an average insertion loss of around 2.2 dB and an average return loss of around 10 dB.
