Informative, Expert and Analytical Support of Effective Managerial Decision-Making Innovative-Investment Processes in the Economy of the Region

An important role in making innovative decisions is played by information support, the timeliness and reliability of which depend on the economic results of innovation. It is necessary to have models and algorithms that provide a real assessment of investment projects both at the design stage and at the project implementation stage, taking into account the probabilistic nature of the results of innovation, when the degree of uncertainty is higher, the more risks. More broadly, it is necessary to significantly strengthen the scientific and, above all, methodological and methodological support for solving problems related to the management of innovation development. The subject of the research is innovative processes, tools, methods and technologies of innovation management of regional economic systems based on modern information technologies, as well as the assessment of information support and management decision support experts.
