摘要

High voltage ceramic capacitor (HVCC) is a fundamental element in pulsed discharge applications, which is often used to produce fast discharges, with the merits of high hold-off voltage and dielectric coefficient, low inductance and great high-repetition-rate performance. In the past, most researches concerned about breakdown voltage and duration under DC/AC voltage. Nevertheless, repetitive frequency operation is one of the most important working mode, but few papers investigated its dielectric strength and lifetime under repetitive charging-discharging condition.
