摘要

This study investigated the factors affecting the satisfaction of school meals catering service. It would help school staff and faculty members to realize the actual demand of students and improve the quality of school meals catering service. The factors affecting the satisfaction of school meals catering service were collected by using questionnaire survey and simulated by using artificial neural network. According to the results of this study, the factors affecting the satisfaction of school meals catering service were ranked as follows: diversification, taste and favor, environmental sanitation, appearance and portion size. The results were expected to provide recommendations and references for school meals catering service providers in order to help them improve and provide better quality service in the future.
