Study on The Efficiency of Our Country China Automobile Enterprise Internal Supply Chain Performance Based on Network DEA

From the development course of developed countries about the world automobile industry, efficient internal supply chain is the important safeguard enterprises to maintain sustainable innovation ability, and efficiency evaluation is the key content of the performance evaluation of supply chain, but also helpful to find the problems existing in the supply chain.Article is with 15 domestic large automobile enterprise groups as a sample. The article is to our country automobile enterprise interior supply chain efficiency an empirical analysis with network DEA method.Discovery: from the overall mean, in 2009 the overall efficiency value of 0.99164, failed to achieve the effectiveness of DEA, indicating an overall poor internal efficiency of automobile industry in China, the 3 subprocesses mean respectively 0.983607, 0.996163, 0.997962.In view of our country auto industry supply chain efficiency's present situation, in the concrete measures mainly from a few respects of the increase R & D investment, structure of mutual cooperation, resource sharing, risk sharing, complementary advantages strategic partners of the interests of the community of the finished car sale new pattern.
