A Study on the Dairy Enterprise's Core Competitiveness in Heilongjiang Province Based on DEA Model

With the improvement of living standards, dairy products are getting more and more people's admiration because of its comprehensive nutritional so that the dairy industry develops rapidly.Just a few years, Mengniu and Yili from Inner Mongolia become the country's leading dairy companies. The Heilongjiang Province has superior resources, but fails to hold the dairy enterprises which are contend with Mengniu and Yili. The fundamental reason is that the dairy enterprises in Heilongjiang Province lack core competitiveness.On the basic of analysis of dairy enterprises in Heilongjiang province, this paper uses Yili as benchmarking enterprise.We use the data envelopment analysis method to conduct a series of computing data from Yili and the dairy enterprises in Heilongjiang province.We ultimately work out the gap between Wandashan and Yili and propose the suggestions for improvement the dairy enterprise's core competitiveness in Heilongjiang province.
