A Reasonable Scale of Foreign Reserves

Determination of a reasonable scale of foreign exchange reserves is very important and urgent.In this paper, we describe the foreign exchange reserves process with a jump-diffusion mode] and study a reasonable scale of foreign exchange reserves. Foreign exchange reserves have a reasonable control structure with four parameters when both input and output processes are expressed as a jump-diffusion model. The analytical expression of the optimal value function is also derived.
