The EPIDMIA system has been created to integrate malaria surveillance data with remote sensing environmental data in support of malaria detection and forecasting in the Amhara region of Ethiopia [1]. As the sophisticated forecasting models have been developed, there is a need to transfer the system to the public health sector in Ethiopia. However, the current system requires manual operation on executing subsystems and file transfer. The EPIDEMIAWeb is designed to address this issue by integrating the subsystems in EPIDEMIA into a single top-level interface that automates the workflow of subsystem interaction and data transfer. EPIDEMIAWeb is further deployed in the Cloud environment to provide portability. This paper briefly reviews the EPIDEMIA system, based on which the EPIDEMIAWeb is developed, and presents the method in the design of the EPIDEMIAWeb.
