摘要

This study reviewed the psychological anti- procrastination through temporal motivation theory to develop corresponding options that can be incorporated into an online shopping website. In this paper, a prototype website is presented that incorporates an experimental online shopping model to allow customers to utilize strategies of goal setting, self-rewarding, self-monitoring, and peer support to motivate themselves to complete tasks on time.
