From the perspective of synchronicity and safety, this paper proposed a better audio watermarking scheme based on DCT and DWT after analyzing the audio watermarking scheme's specific embedding location and method. This scheme has a comprehensive consideration of the algorithm synchronicity, robustness, invisible and safety, and makes use of the multi-resolution of DWT and the de-correlation capability and energy aggregation of DCT. And then, dividing the specific embedding watermarking audio area selected according to the energy information into certain length frames. Moreover, adding synchronization codes to the time domain and adaptively embedding watermark information in the frequency domain. The watermarking information embedded is the binary image. The operation of Arnold transform to the image can improve the safety of watermark. And the experiment results demonstrate that the algorithm has good imperceptibility, and good robustness against various types of attack, such as additive Gaussian noise, re-sampling, re-quantifying and MP3 encoding.
