With the development of the artificial intelligence, the artificial intelligence technology is gradually applied to medicine to assist the doctors for disease diagnosis and surgery, which promotes the rapid development of the precision medicine. In this paper, the surgical system based on the artificial intelligence and the augmented reality is explored. In the future, the surgery system based on the artificial and augmented reality will intelligently assist doctors to perform the operation and achieve the goal of the minimally invasive surgery.
