Long-operating Lifetime of Green Phosphorescence Top-emitting Organic Light Emitting Devices

We studied green materials of Ir-complex. The operating lifetime of the green phosphorescence OLEDs using CMO-G-P-1has been improved. The half decay lifetime of the devices is expected to be 30,000 hours at an initial luminance of 1000cd/m2 under DC testing and the CIE chromaticity coordinates are (0.370, 0.600).
