摘要

With the development of hydraulic construction, many super high water-head plants have beenrnconstructed, which demand abrasion- resistant concretes and coatings with higher performance. Using thernlow viscous and flexural modified epoxy resin and the low viscous modified alicyclic amine solidifiedrnagent with the slow speed of solidification as the raw materials, the low exothermic, high flexural andrnexcellent erosion and abrasion resistant JME modified epoxy resin mortar was obtained. The mechanism ofrnresistance to erosion and abrasion and the characteristic of solidification of JME modified epoxy mortarrnwere investigated by using SEM and DSC, furthermore, compared with the mechanism properties andrnerosion and abrasion resistant properties of the conventional epoxy mortars. The situation of JME modifiedrnepoxy mortar using in Ertan hydropower was described. The results indicated the JME modified epoxyrnmortar was optimal material for erosion and abrasion resistant material for the repair of damagedrncomposites.
