Knowledge Reservoir (KR) in an organization may be defined as its resources and capabilities. Knowledge resides in various forms, but in many organizations it is scattered. Stagnant of knowledge, the organization^ resources and capabilities may eventually and automatically, be converted into its weaknesses in a matter of time. Before, it is converted to weakness organizations must wakeup for its management and efficient use. Even, building a small pool of Knowledge Reservoir may change the scenario of an organization. In this article, a focus is given as how to build KR and ensuring its proper and effective use for years to come. It also ensures its availability from the paper-driven paradigm with technology-based product. Therefore, in an organization concept of KRAM must be cultivated for efficient use of scientific literature and making of professionals in the area of their work. Later,these opportunities would eventually be utilized to market the organizational expertise. Indeed, KRAM would inculcate "a culture of mutual trust, job satisfaction and competitiveness to accelerate growth and intellectual capitalism " as it is a system of steps to be taken to achieve predefined values and objectives.
