摘要

Through analyzing some environmental geology problems such as land subsidence, ground fissures and therndeterioration of water quality which caused by the irrational exploitation and utilization, the author points out that it is necessary tornuse volume visualization technique in groundwater exploitation and evaluation. Perfect Image manipulation, Graphics, ComputerrnVision and other pertinent disciplines and the application of technologies produce a large quality of volume data, and also provide thernprerequisite for application of volume visualization technologies in groundwater exploitation. In this paper the author not onlyrndescribes the development of the volume visualization technique and some groundwater visualization software, but also points out thernnecessary of the Volume Visualization Technique according to the shortage of traditional groundwater exploitation and utilization.rnBoth current visualization software and computer language can realize the volume visualization of groundwater. This thesis alsornshows the flowchart which has been improved of 3D volume visualization system for groundwater. At last the author forecasts thernvolume visualization technique will be used broadly in groundwater exploitation and evaluation and puts forward the following ideas:rn(1) Expressing traditional hydrogeologic map, isoline map of physical parameters and some other 2D Maps in various ways such asrncolor gradients map and 3D realistic modeling with multi-direction and multi-detail for observing, and at the same time, providingrnthe convenience that people could analyze the geological problem freely, more important it could bring a positive effect to promoternthe communion and cooperation of various fields. (2) A 3D dynamic display system could make the people who are not familiar withrnthe hydrogeologic understand the geological spatial Information. (3) Powerful visualization capabilities not only could improve therncapability of understanding and distinguishing the complex water-bearing geologic body but also provide decision-making support forrnprotecting and promoting sustainable utilization of groundwater resources.
